Tucson, AZ 85719
People love living, working and playing in Tucson’s historic Sam Hughes Neighborhood and the Hawthorne Manor Apartments offer a wonderful way of life in one of the city’s very best locations, walking distance to the University of Arizona!
Hawthorne Manor is a little jewel built in the 1940s. Come home to your own one-bedroom, one-bathroom casita with a private, fenced garden area, and nicely landscaped grounds.
The seven apartment cottages average 600 square feet of living space with one junior cottage of 430 square feet. These well-maintained cottages have vintage architectural features, ALL UPDATED with beautiful real wood window blinds, new lighting fixtures and high-grade paint throughout. The cottages feature kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, and dishwashers in all but one unit. The flooring varies by cottage with high quality wood laminate, concrete, tile and brick floors. Our residents enjoy complimentary community Wi-Fi.

Michael and Kathryn
Interior photos show a remodeled cottage with furnishings to illustrate the look and feel with furniture and décor, however, the cottages are normally rented unfurnished. The cottages are maintained in excellent condition and all have been updated with beautiful real wood window blinds, new lighting fixtures and high-grade paint throughout, in addition to other upgrades that vary by cottage. The flooring, tile colors, private garden areas, arrangement of windows and other attributes are unique to each cottage.
We would like to thank ARTE DE LA VIDA, a vintage and new Mexican folk art store at 37 N. Tucson Blvd., and STAGE TUCSON, a professional staging company, for providing the furnishings and décor seen in our photos.
