Rental Application
If you are interested in making Hawthorne Manor your new home, please contact us for a rental application.
Each prospective resident who is 18 or older must submit his/her own separate application, which requires current and prior landlord references, income and credit information. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per application. A $500.00 holding deposit may also be required. The holding deposit is refundable if the application is not approved. If the application is approved, the holding deposit is applied toward the first rent payment.
